Brian Veatch specializes in commercial real estate development and property management, with a focus on medical office and healthcare environments.
Since 2005, he has consulted with medical practices on business strategy, facility planning, building design, and operational efficiency.
As a developer, Brian uses demographic analysis to shape projects around the needs of the practices and communities they serve, and to bring together complementary tenants. His development work includes several medical office buildings, a surgery center, and an industrial building, and he has served as owner's representative on multiple tenant buildouts.
Brian is a commercial real estate broker with Veatch Advisors and holds an MS in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver.
